Descending tracts for flexor and extensor muscles


When ViP members enter we should STANDUP(Extensors)
Here V in ViP stands for vestibulospinal tract and P stands for Ponto reticular tract.

Sit(Flexors) on Rubber Mat 
R denotes Rubrospinal tract and M  denotes Medullary reticular tract
